How much are your cookies?
Custom cookies pricing depends on the designs you request. Printed images start at $58 per dozen. Simple designs start at $68 per dozen. Detailed designs start at $78 per dozen. Elaborate designs start at $88 per dozen. Custom cookies have a two dozen minimum (same theme/colors) when ordering. Curious about cookies? Fill out a cookie order form and I'll send you a quote.

How do your cookies come packaged?
Cookies are individually sealed in clear bags and will be heat sealed for freshness.
Any other decorative items (e.i. ribbons, custom labels, specialty bags)
are available for an additional price.

How far in advance should I order?
Custom cookies require a lot of time and planning!

How do I place and order? Do you require a deposit?
​ Please submit all custom order requests through the Order Custom Cookies page on this website. If I'm able to take on your order a 50% deposit books your date. Due to the volume of custom orders receive, your order is not on my calendar until your deposit is paid. I accept payments through Square (3.5% credit card fee added), Venmo, Zelle, Paypal or cash. Cookies will be available for pickup at the pre-arranged time.

What if I need cookies quickly?
Orders requested with in 7 days of pick up are considered last minute orders.
Due to the volume of orders I receive, If I'm available to take on your last minute cookie request a rush fee will be added to the total. The rush fee is 20% additional of the total cost of your order. This ensures that I will be able to secure all ingredients needed and move your order to the top of my list. All last minute orders require payment in full before cookies are started.
What type of cookies can you design?
I can create designs based on any information you give me. The more details the better! I love knowing favorite colors, themes, names, characters and inspiration pictures you find online. Feel free to send me photos of your event decor, invitation, color swatches, etc... As with any custom order, the final product will vary in shape, size and color from original inspiration.

Where are you located? Do you deliver?
Pickups are in New Lenox, IL. Cookies are made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the state of Illinois but following Illinois Cupcake law regulations.
I can ship for an additional fee. That price includes extra protective packaging and shipping. If you would like to ship the cookies yourself, I can show you how to package the cookies. Sugar Kahne Bake Shop does not assume responsibility for shipping delays or broken cookies once they leave my home.

What is your baking process?
All cookies are made in a home kitchen complying with the Illinois Cupcake Law. Consumers are to be aware that the cookies produced in this kitchen are made with food allergens including but not limited to dairy, nuts, eggs and gluten. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination with other food allergens.
What if I need to cancel an order?
If a cancellation is necessary, your 50% deposit will be refunded if the order has not been baked. Or your deposit can be kept for a future order. No refunds will be given after cookies have been baked.
